Coral Cal-Min contains 230 grams of powder per jar. It is composed of an all purpose Okinawan Fossilized Coral Calcium and mineral powder with added Magnesium (mostly in the citrate/malate form). It mixes well with soups, baby foods, drinks, cereals, ice cream, and can be incorporated into baked goods.
