The program follows the diet principals established in Dr A.T.W. Simeons MD (Pounds and Inches). Dr Simeons research found that even though fat can be converted into blood sugar and used as energy by the body, for this to happen additional proteins were needed. He found that a controlled calorie, high protein diet would help in the process of losing weight. He combined this diet with HCG injections which he found helped to mobilize a specific type of fat store. This fat was the kind that was long term stored reserved "abnormal" fat. This is the kind of fat found in the belly, hips, thighs and upper arms. The good news was that the other two types of fat structural and dietary fat were not affected.
Various studies have found that for weight loss only a very small amount of HCG is needed to capitalize on these same mechanisms. Most HCG containing products out in the market injections, sprays, drops ( homeopathic) work on this principal but the process used for the drops HealthSmart provides is different.
The process that was used for our drops uses sophisticated electronic equipment that captures the unique frequency of HCG and electronically imposes it into a base of purified water and minerals.
